    Why i sell this beautifull house at this price?

    Well.. I am Spanish and I immigrated to Costa Rica because i married a Costa Rican women in Spain. Because i am retired i
    believed a good place to live. But i am type I diabetic 51 years old and i need a lot of medical care I can't find here. Because my
    health is going down and down i need to go back to live in Spain where my doctors knows well me and i have (sorry to say) a much
    better medical treatments and equipment quality.


    Why this area and no others often offered to foreign people?

    Remember me too I am a foreign here. Of course, here is a big market (not only for Real Estate) specifically ready for USA and
    European (in second place) people. And this is not exactly a good thing. Areas close to San José, like Rohmoser, Santa Ana,
    Escazú, Ciudad Colón, Cariari, Curridabat and some others around country. where intended to be ghettos for foreign but right now
    loosed his attractive because they are noisy (density, bars and entertainment) and dangerous (every local robber know there is
    money into). In the other hand, coast properties in Guanacaste, Puntarenas Jacó and so keep being not safe for similar reasons.
    Another very important question is weather. Coast areas are extremely hot. Hot areas (and another) suffer the additional problem of
    tropical diseases that are strongly installed (mostly dengue). There is a lot of things to take in account. I passed much time looking
    for every aspect. But I had a big advantage: because my wife is born here at Costa Rica I got a lot of information coming from
    locals. Because all of the above I selected Grecia area in a well situated land, safe, on a perfect climate and without tropical
    diseases.
